Location and infrastructure

The ‘Avtomobilnyi’ residential complex is a residential compound situated in the Voroshilov region of Rostov-on-Don, on one of the city’s central avenues, Lenin Avenue. The complex is being constructed over an area of 7,000 sq. m and comprises stage I and stage II construction. It is a frame-monolithic building with 18 storeys (stage I) and 9-15 storeys (stage II) with built-in premises for public use.

This individual project envisages 1 and 2 room apartments of enhanced lay-out with an area from 50 sq. m. to 80 sq. m. including a balcony or recess. Stage I of the RC has been built, commissioned and sold in its entirety, which says much of the project’s great popularity. Now apartments of stage II of the construction are being offered. The complex’s main advantage is its own enclosed territory provided with children’s play areas and recreational spaces. For motorists’ convenience there is a large underground car park. This region does not have any projects quite like the ‘Avtomobilnyi’ residential complex.
